(Land Tax Bill Information Update Application System for the Penang State Land Office)
The PTGBil System is a medium that allows the public (users) to apply for updates to their land tax bill information and check the status of the application online using their identification card (MyID) and other identification numbers. Applications for updating land taxpayer information include the payer's name, identification card number, land tax bill delivery address, phone number, mobile phone number, and email. Data updates will be made in the e-TANAH System, and the original information entered by the user will be updated after the application is verified to be accurate and correct by the assigned officer/staff. In the future, users will also be able to consent to receive land tax bills via email and other information and notifications from the Penang State Land Office.

(Record and Monitoring System for Submission Documents at the Penang State Land Office)
The PTGendos system is an ICT initiative and innovation designed to facilitate the monitoring and recording of all submission processes for transactions and non-transactions that enter and exit the Strata & Registration Division at the Penang State Land Office, including the binding process. This system is used by entry clerks to make entries, registrars to verify submissions, sorting clerks to hand over submissions to customers, and record clerks for the binding process, ensuring that the submissions are securely stored in the vault. Each submission document is recorded and its movement is monitored using this system according to the duties of the implementing officers/staff. This system and the Penang State Land Office were awarded the Champion of the Innovation Award in the Penang State Public Sector Quality Award 2009.
